Shipping

How long will I have to wait for my order?

After you placed your order it will take 3-4 weeks until you will receive your order. As soon as your order is shipped I will notify you and you will get a tracking number to follow up on the shipping progress.

The lengthy delivery period is due to the fact that the stock is kept very small. This allows me to be as sustainable as possible as a business, since nearly every piece gets made to order. So please be patient with me and take the delivery times into account, when placing an order with me.

Delivery Costs

Ireland - 9€ Shipping, Free Shipping when spending 150€ or more.

International - 15€ Shipping, Free Shipping when spending 200€ or more.

All orders are send with a tracking number.

I offer deliveries to all EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, Malta, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Albania, Andorra, Turkey, Iceland, Canada and the US.

What if my item arrives damaged?

I package my pieces carefully to make sure that this does not happen. However if your parcel arrives damaged, please take a picture upon receival of the parcel itself and its contents and contact me immediately, so I can sort things out for you as soon as possible.

Returns

I want you to really love your Wandering Goldsmith piece. If you don't, for whatever reason, you will have 30 days to return the item. It has to be still unworn and in perfect condition as well as in it's original packaging.

To do this please contact me via the contact us form. Once you have provided proof of your purchase, and we established that you are eligible for a refund, I will send you on the return address. Please note, that you will have to pay the costs of shipping for a return. Also the item will be only accepted if it is shipped with a tracking number. This is to ensure peace of mind for both of us and save us hassle if the parcel gets lost.

Repairs

My jewellery is of the highest quality and I am always trying to take the longevity of the pieces into account, when designing them. Should you at some stage experience trouble with a piece from me please proceed as follows:

  1. contact me and send me a picture of the damage as well as a proof of purchase.
  2. Once it is verified that the piece is one of my own, and that the damage has not been self inflicted I will then check when you purchased it.
  3. If you have any issues with a piece within the first 12 months, I will fix it for you for free. The only thing you will have to do is to box it up safely and securely (preferably in it's original jewellery box) and send it to the address I will give to you. Please ensure to send the item with a tracking number. Only these parcels will be accepted. If the parcel gets lost or is damaged I won't be liable for that, so it is in both of our interests to send it well wrapped and with tracking.
  4. If the item was purchased more than 12 months ago, I will ask you to pay a 50€ repair and evaluation fee. This fee has to be paid up front and will be put towards your repair costs. - Please note that the total repair costs might exceed the 50€ but I will give you an estimate upon receiving the item.
  5. After your beloved piece is all fixed up I will notify you once it is in the post and you'll receive a tracking number.
